Diana is a certified Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist dedicated to helping children and adults breathe better, sleep better, and improve their health by addressing the root causes of airway dysfunction.

Her journey into this work began with her own health challenges. After years of sleep-disordered breathing and reliance on a BiPAP machine, Diana discovered she had an undiagnosed tongue-tie and poor oral posture. That discovery changed everything and fueled her commitment to helping others uncover and treat the underlying causes of breathing and sleep issues.

With more than 25 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Diana brings deep clinical insight into oral anatomy, airway development, and patient care. Building on this foundation, she specialized in orofacial myofunctional therapy and completed certification through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy along with advanced mentorship through the MyoMentor program.

Diana works with patients ages three and older to correct mouth breathing, tongue thrust, snoring, and poor oral posture. Through careful assessment and targeted, evidence-based exercises, she creates personalized therapy plans that retrain the muscles of the tongue and face to support proper breathing, improved sleep, and long-term health.

Diana lives in Cortland, New York with her dog, Cooper. She enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors during the summer, and is a proud mother and grandmother.

Her philosophy is simple. Small changes in how you breathe and use your oral muscles can lead to powerful improvements in your health and quality of life.

“Don’t suffer through life with constant tiredness. Treat the root cause and reclaim your energy.”
